BLOB# AS 9451

BLOB is a homebrew reproduction of the prototype version of Blobbers, titled "Blob", that came to light around 2017. The game is identical to the released version except the title screen contains the word "BLOB" instead of indistinct blobby shapes. René van den Enden patched the original PAL prototype to work on NTSC consoles, and homebrew publisher Videopac Is @live advertised 50 cartridges and booklets for sale in March 2017, with the final release occurring May 24, 2017. It seems that not all copies were sold, so it's unclear whether all 50 were actually produced. The label and booklet artwork were produced by graphic artist ZeMiaL. Original price was 29 Euros. Plastic Videopac cases were available for an extra fee.
